Reset Your Student's Password

Changing your Student's password for them is the "nuclear" method for helping your Student get back into your Course environment. If none of our other options above work to help your Student, you can reset their password as a last resort!

Here's how:

• Click to the Students page in your account
• Use the Search bar to find the Student in question, and click on their name to edit their record
• Click the Edit

• Enter a new password into the Password field and save it

• Give the new password to your Student!
